Parent Committed Countdown

So one of the goals of FNL is to reduce underage drinking and we do this by educating parents on underage drinking norms in Butte County. Our goal is to reach 190 parents and have 130 parents sign a pledge saying that they will not provide alcohol to underage youth or allow underage drinking in their homes. These are our stats for the year so far:

Number of parent convenings held: 2

Total parent signatures: 24/130

Total parents reached: 40/190

If you are interested in hosting a parent convening, are part of a parent group that would like to host a convening or would like to attend one, please contact Jen Skinner via e-mail (jskinner@buttecounty.net). We will post information about upcoming parent convenings so stay tuned!
