Chapter Update
Welcome back Palermo students! We hope that everyone enjoyed their time off but we’re extremely glad to see everyone again.
School Climate Update:
Club Live is currently planning the next lunch-time event of the 'To Put 'Love' on Our Arms' campaign. They’ve chosen the next value to focus on, ‘acceptance’ and are now prepping posters, announcements, and activities for the event. If you would like to be involved with any of the planning or want to help out during the event then stop by room 21 on Wednesdays during lunch. We would appreciate all the support we can get!
E.P. Update:
This Friday a group of Club Live members will be visiting a local merchant who has graciously allowed us to “grade” their store on how youth-friendly it is. After the grading, the same group will return to the store on a separate day to report-out on their grade, and to educate the owner and workers on ways they could make the store even more youth-friendly. All of the members involved in this project were trained and have been working really hard to prepare for this so we can’t wait to update everyone on how it all goes!
