Club Live is a youth led action group that meets on junior high school campuses across Butte County. Club Live builds leadership skills, broadens young peoples social network, and implements youth led projects designed to improve school climate and reduce youth access to alcohol.
Bidwell Club Live meets on Wednesdays during lunch. The 7th and 8th graders meet during their lunch in room 501!

Every year in April our staff members get the opportunity to share what some of their highlights were of the school year at the annual Prevention Unit Awards Banquet. Many times we dont get to hear what your highlights were, so this is a blog for all of the participants who were involved in FNL, Club Live, Impact Mentoring, Live Spot, YD Conference, Strengthening Families, and the Reach for the Future Conference to share one story or experience that made this year special for you. We will be puting some of these amazing stories on the big screen at the Awards Banquet so please share, encourage and inspire one another with what you have experienced and accomplished this year. I look forward to hearing what you have to say!!

Hey Bidwell Students!!!!
This year has been incredible so far! Thanks to our large group of committed members and officers our School Climate Project was a hit! On campus we created a "Compliment Zone", where during lunch all students could write a compliment to any one on campus! We decided to hang up over 300 compliments for students, teachers and other faculty. It was an amazing turn out with large participations and lots of positive compliments.
Every month we will be holding a place for students to compliment each other and then we will show them off on the Pioneer Compliment wall the next week!

Reach for the Future is approaching quickly! The dates for Junior High Conference at Thursday February 28th-Saturday March 2nd.
The Reach Conference is based on a youth development gramework, providing leadership skills, support, and opportunities for young people. These spots fill up very quickly so please fill out your packet and turn in a $10 deposit to Ryan or Katlyn on Bidwell's campus or at 260 Cohasset Rd Suite 130. Registration is on a first come first serve basis!
Fundraising for this event will include the Papa Murphy Cards which students can sell for $5 to friends, family and teachers. Other ideas will be discussed in the upcoming CL meeting!
